Sound baths are ancient therapeutic and meditative experiences in which attendees are literally “bathed” in vibrations resulting from the sounds of such instruments as crystal & Tibetin singing bows, gongs, chimes, and drums. The instruments are played live by the sound therapy practitioner.

Carol Figgins; Certified Integral Sound Therapist, has been a Florida licensed and insured massage therapist since 2001. She has worked in the chiropractic field for over 10 years, as an assistant and massage therapist. She started studying energy medicine in 2003, receiving her certification in the CE Nursing program of Healing Touch in 2011, and then Reiki Master training in 2013. She started her therapeutic, 1-2-1 integral sound therapy training in 2020, and completed a 300 hour course, which included 24 hours of documented sessions with private clients, and recieved her certification in 2021. As a combination of learning about various instruments and their therapeutic effects on an individual, or group, she now offers sound baths to businesses, private settings, and of course, 1-2-1 individual sessions.
