Sunshine has been a practicing energy practitioner for 25 years. She has studied Reiki under three masters and is a Master/Teacher herself. Using her intuitive abilities and spiritual gifts to provide results for her clients. Sunshine also works with horses, farm animals, and pets. Sunshine owned and operated an Animal Rescue/Healing farm for several years. She now travels working with farms, individuals and groups.
Energy work is used to help balance, alleviate, and restore the flow of energy throughout the body. As the energy practitioner works the client’s nervous system’s response is to shift out of sympathetic (fight/flight) to the parasympathetic (rest/digest). Energy work taps into the energy fields of the body working directly with the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of our being. Intuitive energy workers use Japanese tradition of energy healing, along with principles of physics, and clairvoyant abilities that allow the practitioner to hear from the body. Typically the client will lie down on the table and light touch or no touch (hovering) will be used to move blocked energy from the main transmission centers (Chakras) and energy meridians. In addition crystal healing, rattle healing and feathers maybe used to restore energy and clean your aura.
